Who I am?
I am John, a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer with over 24 years in the Hervey Bay business community. I have spent the past 18 years with Win Projects Group, building strong relationships across commercial and residential property.
What I do?
I specialise in major residential land developments and commercial property sales and leasing. I currently lead the project marketing of high profile estates including The Springs , Christensen Ridge , Indigo Blue, while also managing transactions for national brands.
My strengths?
I am a strong negotiator with a practical, down to earth approach. I bring strategic thinking, market insight and the ability to confidently close complex, high value deals.
Industry background?
I have more than 18 years of experience in project marketing and commercial real estate, working with clients such as Woolworths, Aldi, NAB, BP, Mitre 10 and McDonald’s. I have also successfully marketed and sold out estates including Ocean Blue and Kingfisher Gardens.

A personal note?
I was born and raised on a dairy farm in Victoria and have enjoyed the Hervey Bay lifestyle for the past 24 years. I am passionate about this region and committed to supporting the next generation of professionals who want to build their future here.
