30+ years property experience across valuation, development, sales and leasing, marketing, and acquisitions in residential, industrial, retail, commercial and retirement sectors.
What I do
In my current role, I source and secure residential land opportunities across Queensland structuring transactions and working closely with developers and land agents to deliver house and land outcomes aligned to market demand.
My strengths
I bring a commercially grounded, relationship-focused approach and a genuine commitment to supporting the next generation of property professionals. I have broad experience, teaching skills and a committment to service.
My industry background
I am a property professional with over 30 years’ experience across residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.
My career has spanned roles including Valuer, Development Manager, Sales and Leasing Manager, Marketing Manager, and Acquisitions Manager—providing a strong, end-to-end understanding of the property lifecycle from valuation and feasibility through to development, construction, marketing, and delivery.
In my current role, I source and secure residential land opportunities across Queensland, structuring transactions and working closely with developers and land agents to deliver house and land outcomes aligned to market demand.
I was on the project team for major masterplanned subdivisions Forest Lake, Springfield Lakes and Varsity Lakes, retirement village Bernborough Ascot, Northlinks Industrial Estate, regional shopping centre Brookside Shopping Centre, and many others.
I have also worked as a Sessional Academic in Property Economics at QUT, supporting undergraduate students and contributing to the development of future industry professionals, and did a stint as a high school teacher. Both types of teaching were highly rewarding.
I hold a Bachelor of Economics (UQ), Bachelor of Property Economics (QUT) and post grad in Education, and a real estate licence.
How I support a mentee
With experience across multiple disciplines and in education, I bring both practical insight and the ability to translate theory into real-world application. I enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting career development in property.

I am always looking for the next adventure, and am very social.
I am in Hervey Bay / Maryborough once per month at this stage for several days at a time, and happy to make time to catch up.
